Bipolar (my original poem)

Don't look back,
you wont like what you see.

One day high.
One day low.
No mix in between.

I wish it was gone.
I wish it was here.

I will crash, lash, do what I need.

I will kill.
I will spill.
I will become mentally ill.

How to wear Printed Pants...

I am so in love with this new bold and printed pants trend. I love how you can throw any solid color shirts with them and you now look ready to walk straight down the runway. The coolest looks to me are these patterned pants with the bold color shoes, but are you not daring enough? That is totally okay, neither am I. If you are going for a more wearable and practical look then I would recommended a solid pair of about shin level boots, my favorite gray or black. I have my favorite two pair of jeans, bright teal and firetruck red. What is your favorite patterned pants pattern? Be careful with what you wear with what, but in the long run have fun!(:

Heart strings...

I got this from a site called Green Wedding Shoes, I am completely in love with this, and I plan on making it this summer when I redo my bed room. You could use this for a wedding or just a rocking DIY decor piece, either way it is a MUST!!

Materials Needed:
  • Piece of wood- the bigger the more dramatic!
  • String- used in the picture is pink neon thin rope you can find at Home Depot, but you use any yarn
    or string.
  • Box of Nails (you want a nail with a decent head so the string won't pop off)
  • Spray Paint- paint the wood any color your heart (pun intended) desires.
  • White Paper- to draw the heart on
Step 1: Spray paint the wood the background color you picked. In the picture it is dark gray, so the pink really pops.
Step 2: Once the paint is dry, tape the wood with the white paper and draw the heart shape on the paper.
Step 3: Time to get the hammer out! Nail around the entire outline of the heart- the pictured one has the nails spaced about an inch apart.

Awesome enough it only costs about 35 dollars to make, can not beat that for home decor or a wedding accessories.

How to Wear Leg Warmers

leg warmers

Sorry for the quality, but these are all perfect examples of how to wear leg warmers. Starting from left there are thigh high ones with low boots, the next one is a low boot with slouched leg warmers. The third one over is heels with long pants that are typically to cold for winter or fall, but because of the slouched leg warmers you will feel as warm as your heart would desire. The last one is a picture of sneaker type shoes with slouched leg warmers, this is my personal favorite. What is your favorite?

These leg warmers to the right are so cute I had to share. If it was me I would probably put them with a pair of mid leg pair of black or gray boots. Another option that I wear a lot is with a simple pair of ballet flats and skinny jeans, it is my go to outfit for last minute dates with my boy.

I think the one on the left is super cute, but ladies be careful you can start looking a little on the, excuse me for saying this, hooker side. If you wear thirty inch heels then good for you, but do not wear mini skirts and thigh high leggings. Can anyone say sexy school girl Halloween costume. That is my only tip to you, but go out there and wear some leg warmers with confidence. If you have any topics or anything you would like me to write about comment or leave a message!!

Fashion Icon: WEEK ONE

Marilyn Monroe

This picture to me just shows her complete beauty, all natural.

This picture is a sketching of her and I immediately fell in love with this sketch when I saw the rosy red lips.

I love her and think that she is an inspiration to woman of any size all over the world. Please comment for who next weeks idol should be. It can be anyone your heart desires not just fashion icons or technology nerds

How to wear a scarf

Welcome winter. Are you all ready for the winter with some stylish scarfs, I know I am. I love all of the above ways to wear my scarves. Personally I wear it like the black and white hounstooth style. I think scarves go perfect with any solid color shirts and many other shirts. My favorite is a longs sleeve white fleece shirt I have that can go with any of my scarves. Comment below on which one is your favorite or if you have a different style post a picture!!
